IT Service Manager (SaaS)

Location: Amsterdam, hybrid

What you will do

• Share ownership of the IT Servicing team and resolve escalations related to device enrollment, wiping, and decommissioning.
• Support enterprise clients and communicate clearly when technical issues occur.
• Investigate root causes and prevent recurring servicing problems.
• Improve processes, tooling, visibility, warehouse workflows, supplier coordination, and client integrations.
• Build playbooks, exception-handling procedures, and sign-off processes for custom configurations.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success on IT Servicing during prospect and client conversations.

Requirements

• Experience in technical IT operations, device or MDM management, or IT service delivery.
• Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager / DEP and Windows Autopilot.
• Experience with Kandji, Jamf, Intune, or a similar MDM platform.
• Experience with device wiping or data-erasure tools such as Blancco.
• Client-facing experience, including escalation management, plus familiarity with Zendesk, Pylon, Linear, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English required.
