Lead Business Analyst

What you will do

• Lead product discovery and business analysis for complex digital products, workflows and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate interviews, workshops and discovery sessions with business, customer and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business outcomes into epics, features, user stories, process models, business rules and testable acceptance criteria.
• Prepare work for sprint planning, refinement, estimation and prioritization in collaboration with autonomous squads.
• Coordinate testing readiness, define test scenarios, review results and ensure defects are addressed.
• Establish reusable analysis templates, quality standards and working practices while identifying opportunities for simplification, automation and responsible AI use.

Requirements

• 6+ years of business analysis, product discovery or digital product delivery experience.
• Experience leading analysis for complex software products, platforms or transformation programs.
• Strong facilitation, requirements elicitation, stakeholder management and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, workflows and supporting documentation.
• Experience modelling IT systems, system interactions and behaviours, and using AI-assisted tools with appropriate human review and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence, Agile methodologies, and collaboration with developers, Quality Assurance and product or program leaders.
• Professional fluency in English and confidence working with internationally distributed colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience as a lead, mentor or practice owner for Business Analysts.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, sustainability, manufacturing, supply chains, chemical data, assessment or compliance products.
• Experience with process modelling, service design, data analysis or product management techniques.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, OKRs and modern product operating models.
