Technical Training Professional (Instructional Design)

Location: Lake Oswego, Oregon or Westminster, Colorado; in-office at least 4 days per week. Requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $78,400–$107,900 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design and develop training content for major construction technology product launches.
• Collaborate with Learning Services, product managers, program managers, and subject matter experts.
• Record, edit, and produce eLearning and Virtual Instructor-Led Training content.
• Define learning objectives, performance outcomes, and evaluation strategies.
• Identify learning gaps and ensure training assets meet quality and branding standards.
• Package learning modules and manage content in learning systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Adult Education, Instructional Systems Design, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional experience in instructional design and video production, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Expertise with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, and Articulate Storyline.
• Ability to communicate effectively, manage competing demands, and work in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to establish learning objectives and evaluation strategies for quality training content.
• Availability for in-office work at least 4 days per week in Lake Oswego, Oregon or Westminster, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Learning Management System administration experience, including Docebo.
• Knowledge of streaming audio and video, compression methods, and file formats.
• Technical writing and Google Workspace experience.
• Construction industry knowledge or experience.
