Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Fully remote, but applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and must reside and perform all work within the continental United States. Availability is required for client stakeholder meetings between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

What you will do

• Establish and operate a platform product management framework covering OKRs, roadmaps, backlogs, sprint execution, releases, and outcome reporting.
• Own the product roadmap, including customer experience milestones, platform epics, team swim-lanes, dependencies, risks, and leadership reviews.
• Define and run platform- and team-level OKR processes and facilitate Scrum-of-Scrums, sprint demos, quarterly reviews, roadmap reviews, and product planning.
• Set standards for product documentation, including vision, strategy, business cases, product briefs, release notes, and adoption guides.
• Develop customer personas, use cases, positioning materials, and feedback processes across intake, onboarding, and platform usage.
• Establish FinOps practices and report on product operations, platform costs, usage, reliability, incidents, and recovery metrics.

Requirements

• Experience and expertise with continuous discovery and delivery.
• Expertise in disciplines and technical areas relevant to platform product management.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must reside and perform all work within the continental United States.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust (Tier 2 / Moderate Risk) background investigation.
• Availability for meetings between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
