Content Specialist (Video Content)

Location: Remote work in Cyprus, with an office option in Limassol, Cyprus. Collaboration during European working hours may be required. A 3-year Cyprus work visa is available for eligible candidates.

Compensation: Competitive compensation under a service contract. Applicants are asked to provide their expected net monthly salary in euros.

What you will do

• Find and select promising videos for distribution on third-party and tube platforms.
• Edit and adapt footage by improving pacing, adding branding and calls to action, and tailoring videos to platform formats.
• Create titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and tracking links, and test approaches to improve visibility and click-through rates.
• Verify creator consent and redistribution rights in coordination with Legal.
• Publish and manage videos, accounts, and regular distribution schedules.
• Use performance data to optimize content selection, editing, distribution, original content, and paid promotion tests.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content management, video production, or content distribution.
• Hands-on video editing skills and the ability to independently produce publishable videos.
• Good judgment in selecting engaging footage and creating effective titles and thumbnails.
• Understanding of how content drives traffic and attracts new users, with the ability to use performance data to improve results.
• Strong English communication skills, written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, maintain a regular publishing schedule, meet deadlines, and access reliable high-speed internet.

Nice to have

• Experience uploading and optimizing videos for tube platforms.
• Knowledge of video SEO, platform discovery, and audience behavior.
• Experience with paid promotion, advertising placements, or media buying.
• Experience developing original content and collaborating with creators or models.
