Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Resolve customer support tickets through Intercom within SLA and communicate technical issues clearly in English.
• Administer the hirify.global Platform, including account and user provisioning, licenses, permissions, and configuration.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and integrations with security tools and cloud platforms by analyzing logs, investigating data, and reproducing problems.
• Support customer onboarding and help bring integrations into production.
• Escalate reproducible issues to R&D, track resolution, and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Use AI, scripting, and automation to handle repetitive tickets, improve the knowledge base, and enable proactive support.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology and the ability to manage multiple open tickets in parallel.
• Working knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, API keys, OAuth, and log analysis.
• Strong English communication skills for working with engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Scripting skills in Python and SQL for troubleshooting, data investigation, and automation.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, including IAM, roles, permissions, and core services.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Defender, CSPM, EDR, SIEM, Workato, ServiceNow, or webhooks.
• AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or a higher certification.
