Senior Technical Support Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote in Germany (Munich, BY)

What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for customers with timely and accurate support.
• Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers throughout the support process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product functionality and address customer challenges.
• Help build a new technical support practice for a complex network security product.
• Continuously improve technical knowledge and maintain high standards of service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in network, security, or SaaS support.
• Hands-on proficiency with Active Directory/GPO, Windows, Linux, and PowerShell or Python scripting.
• Strong customer-facing experience, technical problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of network security and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above required.
