Marketing Specialist (AI)

Location: On-site at the Las Vegas, Nevada office, United States

Base compensation: $40,000–$45,000 per year

What you will do

• Support planning, launch, and tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns, physical events, and webinars.
• Partner with Sales to maintain and distribute marketing collateral supporting the sales cycle.
• Coordinate affiliate communications, co-marketing materials, and partner performance tracking.
• Use generative AI tools to draft and schedule blog posts, newsletters, social content, website updates, and sales materials.
• Create branded visual assets in PowerPoint, Canva, and similar design platforms.
• Maintain the marketing calendar, coordinate creative requests and vendors, and organize performance data from Google Analytics and other platforms.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, campaign coordination, or a related role; relevant internship experience may count.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for drafting and workflow optimization.
• Ability to work on-site at the Las Vegas, Nevada office.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting corporate event management or logistics.
• Exposure to Google Analytics or similar data-tracking tools.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Manager or other digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with CRM or digital project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp.
