IT Product Manager (Retail)

Location: On-site in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, USA. Minimal travel to stores and distribution centers is required.

What you will do

• Define product requirements and maintain prioritized roadmaps for software products and enhancements.
• Create and manage product backlogs, prioritizing high-impact development tasks.
• Lead cross-functional teams through all phases of the software development life cycle.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to deliver products and integrations.
• Manage direct reports through goal-setting, coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Validate, test, document, and present completed software features for stakeholder acceptance and deployment.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product management or a closely related role, such as application development management.
• Experience leading complex technology projects involving software development, system integration, or infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong understanding of SDLC phases and project deliverables.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
