Digital Consulting Associate, Oracle Reporting & Analytics (U.S. or Canada)

Location: Remote, with the role available in the United States or Canada; listed locations include Chicago, United States, and Toronto, Canada. Travel of up to 50% may be required for client and internal project work.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $117,600–$153,400 per year.

What you will do

• Lead reporting and analytics workstreams for Oracle enterprise transformation and targeted implementation projects.
• Manage client relationships, advise stakeholders, and deliver project workstreams, presentations, and analytical strategies.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into reports, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations.
• Configure and advise on data quality, governance, security, data integration, and data modeling standards.
• Oversee documentation, training, knowledge transfer, project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Partner with Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM teams on integrated analytics implementation and enhancement projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Oracle Analytics, business intelligence, or data and analytics consulting.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Reporting, OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle AI Data Lakehouse, data visualization, dashboard development, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion or relevant ERP applications.
• Experience gathering business requirements and transforming them into analytical solutions.
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
