TL;DR
Data Analytics Intern – Channel Team (Power BI): Designing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and forecasts for channel business decisions with an accent on Power BI data models, KPI visualization, and business reporting. Focus on cleaning and analyzing business data, building interactive dashboards, and performing ad hoc analysis to validate hypotheses and support performance tracking.

Location: Italy; hybrid, with an average requirement to work 2 days per week from an HPE office

Salary: €800 per month base salary; variable incentives may also be offered

What you will do

  • Support the design, development, and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and forecasts for the Channel Team.
  • Collect, clean, and analyze business data to produce meaningful insights.
  • Design and maintain Power BI dashboards showing KPIs, trends, and forecasts.
  • Prepare regular reporting packages for management and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis to answer business questions and validate hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate and timely data flows.

Requirements

  • Recent university graduate, within 12 months of graduation according to the EMEA Graduate Program definition.
  • Background in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including building interactive dashboards from scratch and managing data models.
  • Good command of Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Basic understanding of data visualization principles, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
