TL;DR
Senior Business Intelligence Consultant (AI): Building and leading BI capabilities across Europe, including reporting and data products for marketing, ecommerce, and business decision-making with an accent on data modelling, dashboard design, and data governance. Focus on leading complex client discovery, developing BI consultants, designing reliable integrations, and shaping the regional BI roadmap.
Location: Hybrid roles open in Amsterdam, Budapest, and Rotterdam

What you will do
- Lead the strategic development of the BI proposition and establish regional standards for methodology, data modelling, dashboard design, documentation, and reusable components.
- Deliver complex client BI projects, lead discovery workshops, review data models and dashboard concepts, and advise on BI strategy, tooling, and data maturity.
- Guide, coach, mentor, hire, and onboard BI consultants while building a high-performing European team.
- Oversee reliable data integrations and data models serving management and specialist users.
- Collaborate with Data & AI and other service teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Support business development through client pitches, scoping, estimates, and identifying opportunities in existing accounts.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in a data-related role and a proven track record leading complex BI initiatives.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, strategic thinking, and team-development experience.
- Deep expertise in data modelling and transformation, including strong SQL and star schemas.
- Strong experience with Power BI, Looker Studio, Looker, or Tableau, plus data analysis tools such as Python, R, or SPSS.
- Understanding of marketing data, including campaign performance, attribution, and website tracking, as well as data quality and governance.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with clients and colleagues across multiple countries and time zones.
