Service Line Advisor (Medical Devices)

Location: Office-based or remote within the USA; approximately 20% travel to client sites.

Salary: $105,000–$115,000 base salary annually.

What you will do

• Advise health system leadership and physicians on cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and general surgery device sourcing and utilization.
• Analyze clinical and financial data to identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary device costs and unwarranted variation.
• Research medical device market trends, product utilization, reimbursement, vendor landscapes, and evidence-based recommendations.
• Manage multiple client engagements and present sourcing and utilization strategies to senior healthcare stakeholders.
• Collaborate on scalable advisory content, reusable tools, product development, and research prioritization.
• Engage with supply chain, clinical, sales, marketing, and internal business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in business or healthcare administration, supply chain, or a clinical-related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience with a healthcare provider, medical device manufacturer, or healthcare consultancy focused on cardiovascular, interventional radiology, and/or general surgery devices.
• Knowledge of device sourcing, vendor utilization, standardization initiatives, and healthcare strategic sourcing.
• Experience interpreting clinical and financial healthcare data and developing actionable recommendations.
• Ability to influence and communicate complex ideas to senior leaders, physicians, and clinical stakeholders.
• Strong project management, prioritization, collaboration, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
