Director of Aftermarket (Packaging Automation)

What you will do

• Lead strategic growth across aftermarket parts, service, and technical support.
• Own the $12M+ aftermarket P&L, including budgeting, staffing, pricing, revenue, and margin targets.
• Drive customer retention and recurring revenue through preventive maintenance, rebuilds, upgrades, and lifecycle programs.
• Oversee quotation and order management, RMA, logistics, billing, service scheduling, and fulfillment.
• Establish KPIs and continuous-improvement practices while collaborating with Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of service technicians and customer service representatives.

Requirements

• Strategic leadership experience in aftermarket, service, customer support, or a related commercial and technical function.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing budgets, pricing, revenue, and margins.
• Technical understanding of service operations, parts, support, and lifecycle programs.
• Experience leading teams and driving customer-focused operational improvements.
• Must work onsite in Homer, Michigan, USA.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
