Senior Director, General Manager, Gas Purification Systems (Semiconductor)

Compensation: $240,000–$300,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and align Product Management, Engineering, R&D, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Own the overall financial performance of the $300M Gas Purification business, driving profitability, scalability, and growth.
• Develop and execute strategies covering market expansion, new product development, partnerships, and acquisitions.
• Use market, customer, and competitive insights to guide product roadmaps and business decisions.
• Oversee forecasts, operations, supply chain performance, new product development, and delivery reliability.
• Build leadership capability, mentor employees, and develop succession plans across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership and responsibility for P&L performance.
• Experience in Product Management, Engineering, and Product Development, preferably in semiconductor process equipment or complex capital equipment.
• Proven success scaling businesses with $200M+ in revenue, ideally across global, multi-site operations.
• Expertise in strategic planning, competitive analysis, marketing, pricing, acquisitions, Lean, and Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and laboratory safety, with strong collaboration, influencing, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
