Digital Process Analyst II (AI)

Location: Mequon, Wisconsin, United States; travel between Charter locations may be required.

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to analyze objectives, processes, systems, performance measures, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery to identify business problems, root causes, requirements, risks, dependencies, and success measures.
• Design future-state processes combining people, systems, data, workflow automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Define workflows, business rules, data and integration needs, controls, exceptions, and testing criteria for technology-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate and prioritize transformation opportunities based on business value, feasibility, readiness, strategic alignment, and implementation effort.
• Support implementation, testing, adoption, stabilization, and post-implementation measurement while following architecture, cybersecurity, data, risk, compliance, and change-management frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, information systems, engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• At least 3 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology delivery, digital transformation, automation, continuous improvement, or related work.
• Ability to analyze moderately complex processes, identify business needs and root causes, and translate desired outcomes into clear requirements.
• Experience with enterprise business systems and the interaction of processes, data, integrations, and user workflows across platforms such as ERP, MES, CRM, CMMS, or WMS.
• Familiarity with practical AI-enabled tools used in business processes, decision support, workflow execution, and productivity.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives, participate in on-call support for a 24x7 manufacturing environment when applicable, and travel between Charter locations as required.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, finance, operations, engineering, or another enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, value stream mapping, or process mining.
• Experience with workflow automation, low-code, reporting, integration, data, analytics, SQL, or visualization tools.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop design, agent-supported workflows, enterprise AI governance, business cases, rapid prototyping, implementation, or adoption activities.
• Relevant certifications in business analysis, process improvement, Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, automation, data analytics, or enterprise platforms.
