Business Analyst (Generative AI)

Location: Remote work. The position is a 14-month contract and must be worked on a W-2 basis.

What you will do

• Analyze non-IT business problems, gather complex requirements, and document current and desired business processes.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Lead the development and implementation of business intelligence solutions involving data visualization, transformation, collection, and multiple data sources.
• Partner with business stakeholders, IT execution teams, and data engineering teams to build analytic infrastructures and scalable data pipelines.
• Apply Generative AI and Large Language Models to analytics solutions while supporting responsible AI practices.
• Contribute to data governance, technical standards, architecture decisions, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong SAS skills.
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience gathering complex business requirements and translating business problems into analytical solutions.
• Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, data transformation, data collection, analytic infrastructure, or data engineering initiatives.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, written, verbal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Full-time experience within large banks or fintech organizations.
• Credit experience.
• U.S. education.
