People Technology Analyst - Workday

What you will do

• Own recurring Workday processes, monitor system health, resolve issues, and support People Operations, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition.
• Administer system security, maintain security roles, and run system and security audits.
• Configure, test, and deploy enhancements, annual People programs, quarterly changes, upgrades, and releases.
• Write test cases, document configurations and processes, load datasets, and maintain reporting and integration schedules.
• Prepare SOX ITGC audit evidence and internal controls documentation.
• Build reports and dashboards, analyze cycle times, improve configurations, train users, and support cross-team implementations.

Requirements

• Hands-on HR technology experience with Workday configuration, testing, or system support.
• Exposure to SOX ITGC controls, audit evidence, public-company procedures, and change management.
• Experience investigating issues, analyzing process data, validating system changes, and documenting findings.
• Experience using AI tools to automate tasks, accelerate analysis, and improve processes.
• Strong ownership, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and a collaborative, customer-focused approach.
• Must be eligible for the United States-based role.

Nice to have

• Experience with Serval, Greenhouse, Slack, or Google Workspace.
• Experience building reports and dashboards or supporting implementations, upgrades, releases, and regression testing.
• Experience in a fast-paced, all-remote, or async-first technology environment.
