Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote, candidates must be located anywhere in the continental United States

Salary: $157,000–$195,000 base salary annually

What you will do

• Design new software products and major features from early product strategy through launch and post-launch iteration.
• Synthesize customer feedback, research, product data, and business context to identify opportunities and set priorities.
• Generate, prototype, validate, and refine product concepts with product and engineering partners.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes using realistic data and interactions, including prototypes built with AI coding tools.
• Design clear, accessible, responsive workflows with strong information architecture, interaction design, visual hierarchy, and content.
• Define success metrics, guide tradeoffs, contribute to design systems, provide critique, and mentor peers.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of product design experience and a portfolio demonstrating process, individual contributions, and design decisions.
• Experience owning a new product or substantial feature from initial idea through launch, including ambiguity management, validation, scoping, and iteration.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, including accessibility, reusable components, edge cases, and complete user flows.
• Hands-on proficiency with Figma and at least one AI coding tool such as Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams, shipping changes through GitHub pull requests, and participating in code review.
• Ability to use research and data to inform design decisions and build alignment across partners.

• Experience with design systems used across multiple teams.
• Experience designing AI products, marketing workflows, or complex enterprise software.
• Experience building original product ideas grounded in customer needs.
