Senior Product Designer (AI)

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance are required before starting. Travel of up to 15% may be required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design across user journeys, interaction models, system states, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Translate complex and ambiguous business or technical requirements into clear product concepts and experience strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions, discovery exercises, and design sprints with Product Management, Engineering, clients, and stakeholders.
• Build interactive prototypes in Figma and AI-assisted or no-code tools, modeling realistic workflows, conditional logic, system behaviors, edge cases, and representative data.
• Collaborate with Engineering to create technically grounded, implementation-ready designs and communicate design intent, trade-offs, and constraints.
• Influence product strategy and roadmap decisions, apply research and usability feedback, evolve design systems, and mentor less-experienced designers.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience in product design, UX/UI design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Experience designing end-to-end digital products, including user flows, interaction models, system states, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Strong experience with Figma or comparable prototyping tools and the ability to model realistic flows, conditional logic, behaviors, and edge cases.
• Experience working with Engineering on technically grounded solutions, design systems, and implementation-ready product experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, independent decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• U.S. citizenship and an active, transferable TS/SCI U.S. government security clearance are required before the start date.

Nice to have

• Experience in defense, national security, government, or other highly technical environments.
• Experience with Figma Make, Claude Code, Figma MCP, or comparable AI-assisted design and development tools.
• Experience integrating real or representative datasets into interactive prototypes.
• Experience influencing product strategy, roadmap decisions, client engagements, or strategic product design initiatives.
• Active-duty military experience.
