Associate, DashMart - Supply Chain Profitability Strategy & Operations

Location: Hybrid in New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Chicago, or Tempe. Occasional in-person collaboration is expected, and DashMart employees must spend time understanding operations on site.

Salary: $74,800–$110,000 USD base salary, plus potential equity grants.

What you will do

• Set short- and long-term financial goals for DashMart profitability metrics.
• Use SQL, AI, and data analysis to identify opportunities for inventory and freight cost optimization.
• Design and implement process-driven and product-driven solutions from initial analysis through execution.
• Build operational experiments and scalable improvements that produce measurable profitability gains.
• Document processes and requirements, measure outcomes, and iterate based on business data.
• Collaborate with vendor management, supply chain, category management, product, engineering, and finance teams.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in technology, retail, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced SQL proficiency.
• Experience building SQL queries from scratch and using analysis to drive business decisions.
• Experience with analytical visualization tools such as Sigma, Mode, or Tableau.
• Knowledge of process improvement, data modeling, supply chain, and financial or business analysis.
• BS/BA degree, ideally in supply chain, business, economics, engineering, or a related field.
