Operations Associate Development Program (Manufacturing)

Location: St. Charles, Illinois, USA; first shift; February 2027 cohort start

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 per year

What you will do

• Complete a twelve-month training program preparing for an operational leadership position.
• Rotate through manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
• Shadow role-specific positions and perform duties during each rotation.
• Support plant leaders with day-to-day facility operations and attend internal and external plant meetings.
• Build knowledge of print and manufacturing industries through professional publications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, IT, marketing, finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of business practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
• High energy, self-confidence, motivation to succeed, and strong customer service skills.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of the printing process.
