Project Manager L&D Solutions (Life Sciences)

Location: Hybrid role in Yardley, Pennsylvania, United States; periodic travel for client meetings, events, workshops, and pitches may be required.

What you will do

• Lead e-learning, workshops, mobile apps, video, games, and blended launch curricula from kickoff through close.
• Serve as the primary client contact, lead meetings, document decisions, manage expectations, and address scope changes.
• Coordinate writers, instructional designers, artists, developers, editors, freelancers, and other project resources.
• Manage Medical, Legal, and Regulatory review processes, including submissions, comments, client calls, and revisions.
• Own project budgets, scopes, pricing, revenue forecasting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Support proposals, pitches, client strategy, process improvement, internal projects, and post-project reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing and designing blended learning solutions.
• Experience serving clients in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or biotech.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within budget and scope while managing client expectations.
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, revenue recognition, and invoicing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning software, Adobe Acrobat, virtual meeting platforms, file-sharing tools, and client submission systems such as Veeva Vault.
• Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and team leadership skills; willingness to travel periodically and occasionally work evenings or weekends.

Nice to have

• Business-focused educational background.
• Sales training or business development experience.
• For the Senior Project Manager level: 5+ years of project management experience, experience managing sales training projects, and experience mentoring or leading project managers or team members.
