Director, Capital Markets (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Originate, develop, and close direct LP relationships with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, family offices, independent RIAs, and wealth advisors.
• Own capital formation across multiple live real estate transactions from initial outreach through funded commitment.
• Carry raise targets for acquisitions requiring approximately $10M–$30M in non-controlling LP equity.
• Partner with acquisitions and senior leadership on equity plans, deal narratives, investor communications, diligence, subscription, and closing.
• Build investor pipeline processes, CRM discipline, reporting cadences, pitch materials, and data room content.
• Lead and develop associates while representing hirify.global at investor events and maintaining fiduciary standards.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in private equity real estate capital raising, private wealth, or a related investor-facing role.
• Demonstrable success raising LP equity from private capital, with established or developable relationships among high-net-worth investors, family offices, RIAs, and advisors.
• Fluency in agency debt, preferred equity, passive LP equity, multifamily acquisitions, underwriting fundamentals, and value-add returns.
• Experience managing investor pipelines, CRM systems, reporting processes, multiple live deals, and concurrent investor timelines.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop associates, carry a defined raise target, and represent hirify.global in high-stakes investor settings.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; a background check and credit check are required before the start date.
