Focus on turning ambiguous business problems into secure, observable solutions, extracting intelligence from operational data, and delivering measurable improvements in cycle time, quality, self-service, and execution speed.

What you will do
- Design, prototype, and productionize AI agents and intelligent workflows using LLMs, RAG, tool use, orchestration, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Build intelligent case intake, classification, routing, prioritization, order and purchase-order validation, knowledge retrieval, and exception-handling capabilities.
- Work with business teams and operational data to identify high-value opportunities, simplify workflows, and uncover recurring issues and patterns.
- Engineer secure, scalable, and observable production solutions with APIs, integrations, testing, evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
- Measure impact through cycle time, quality, manual touches, self-service, adoption, and operational capacity.
- Scale successful solutions from Sales Support across sales productivity, partner and customer experience, revenue intelligence, and digital commercial experiences.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering skills, particularly in Python and modern APIs.
- Experience building applications with LLMs, generative AI, or agentic AI.
- Experience with RAG, enterprise search, tool or function calling, and agent orchestration.
- Strong understanding of data, workflow automation, and systems integration.
- Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI.
- Ability to turn ambiguous business problems into simple, scalable solutions, with curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward action.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP, GitHub, or modern AI development frameworks.
