Focus on building prompt and style libraries, evaluating new AI tools, translating performance data into iterations, and developing automated creative pipelines.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale an AI-driven creative design team from 3 to 6 people.
- Own task distribution, capacity planning, production workflows, and strict quality control.
- Set creative direction for concepts, hooks, visual angles, and performance marketing assets.
- Build creative testing loops by tracking winning concepts, analyzing failures, and converting performance data into new iterations.
- Evaluate AI models and tools, run R&D, and create prompt and style libraries for consistent quality.
- Collaborate with Creative Producers, Marketers, Copywriters, Media Buyers, Video Editors, and the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer on workflows, deadlines, and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
- Proven ability to build processes, manage projects, resolve conflicts, and deliver high-quality work on strict deadlines.
- Strong visual design skills across composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar.
- Fluent spoken and written English required.
Nice to have
- Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and photorealistic AI-generated work.
- Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
- Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
- Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
