Creative Director (AI Video)

Location: United States, Remote. The role is remote; hirify.global also operates hybrid geo-hubs in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, and Salt Lake City.

hirify.global develops AI technology for dental providers and insurers to improve oral healthcare.

What you will do

• Set the creative vision and quality standard for AI-made video and visual content.
• Create flagship campaign pieces from concept and script through storyboard, generation, editing, and final cut.
• Build and manage a bench of freelance creators and a social contractor, including briefing, directing, feedback, and payments.
• Partner with Demand Gen to develop creative testing loops for paid and organic campaigns.
• Translate customer wins, research, and product launches into content for SMB, private practice, enterprise, and DSO audiences.
• Define responsible generative AI practices for healthcare, including accurate claims and non-deceptive use of likeness.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative production or direction.
• 2+ years directing creators, freelancers, or an agency team.
• Portfolio of finished AI video work and experience directing the full production process.
• Strong command of AI video tools such as Runway and Higgsfield.
• Ability to provide clear creative feedback and use performance data to guide decisions.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required; portfolio quality is more important.
