Education Research Consulting Senior Associate/Associate Compliance/IRB

Location: Remote within the United States; U.S. work authorization required. Chicago office location listed. Willingness and ability to travel 50% is required.

Salary: $100,000–$145,000 estimated annual base salary; total estimated compensation including incentive compensation is $115,000–$166,750.

What you will do

• Lead project workstreams for research administration, compliance, and related consulting engagements.
• Use hirify.global tools, methodologies, analytics, and technologies to implement comprehensive client solutions.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership to address complex organizational and research challenges.
• Manage and mentor junior hirify.global staff throughout project delivery.
• Support higher education and academic medical center clients in improving research operations, regulatory compliance, and organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• U.S. work authorization is required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
• At least 3 years of experience in research administration, clinical research, healthcare, compliance, and/or consulting.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%.

Nice to have

• Experience in an Institutional Review Board or Human Research Protections Program office at a university, hospital, or research institute.
• Certified IRB Professional certification.
• Experience in research strategy, research transformation, research operations, or regulatory compliance.
• Previous consulting experience.
