Senior Manager, Manufacturing Engineering

What you will do

• Oversee the Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden.
• Improve systems and processes to solve operational problems and increase effectiveness.
• Manage projects and processes within the manufacturing engineering area.
• Communicate operational processes, practices, and procedures across departments and with external contacts.
• Delegate work, review deliverables, and provide guidance, coaching, and training to employees.
• Support operational targets for programs and projects with moderate departmental impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 12 years of related experience, or a graduate degree and at least 10 years of related experience.
• Alternatively, at least 16 years of related experience without a degree.
• Professional knowledge of manufacturing engineering and practical project management experience.
• Ability to explain and interpret operational processes and procedures.
• Some positions may require a security clearance, which can only be granted to U.S. citizens.
• Eligibility may include government security investigations, background checks, and pre-employment substance abuse testing.
