Manufacturing Lead

Location: Houston, TX manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Lead daily production-floor operations and support safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, adjust staffing, and minimize downtime.
• Resolve day-to-day production issues and communicate updates between operators, management, and partner departments.
• Train, mentor, and onboard employees on standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Conduct visual quality inspections, maintain production documentation, and escalate deviations or incidents.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen events.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least 3 years of manufacturing quality work history.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in project management and team leadership.
• Previous supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to work at the Houston, TX manufacturing facility.
