Creative Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and scale an AI-driven creative design team from 3 to 6 members.
• Own task distribution, capacity planning, production flow, quality control, and delivery deadlines.
• Set creative direction for concepts, hooks, visual angles, and performance marketing campaigns.
• Build creative testing loops, analyze performance data, maintain a database of winning creatives, and guide iterations.
• Track and test new AI models and tools while developing prompt and style libraries for consistent quality.
• Partner with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer, Creative Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Video Editors on workflows, automation, strategy, and bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, quality control, and deadline-management skills.
• Advanced visual design knowledge, including composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design workflows.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar, including photorealistic visuals and artifact correction.
• Fluent spoken and written English required; role is fully remote from Moldova.

Nice to have

• Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work with measurable results.
• Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
• Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
• Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
