Engineering Manager (Asset Management)

Location: Hengelo, Netherlands; on-site role

Annual gross salary: EUR 75,000–118,000 based on full-time employment

What you will do

• Lead, coach, appraise, and develop a team of approximately 14 engineers.
• Establish preventive maintenance and inspection plans that meet regulatory and business requirements.
• Improve maintenance concepts to strengthen the reliability and availability of installations.
• Provide engineering support for maintenance activities, projects, and turnarounds.
• Manage long-term asset planning and risk-based spare parts strategies.
• Balance immediate troubleshooting with strategic asset management and risk reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant engineering field.
• Proven experience leading and developing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and asset management.
• Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
• Availability for 32–40 hours per week.
