Manufacturing Technology Process Engineer (FEP)

Location: Dordrecht, The Netherlands; no relocation support.

Salary: €62,080–€90,000 annually, plus an 8% annual bonus target.

What you will do

• Provide technical support for malfunctions, modifications, and process safety activities in the FEP production unit.
• Lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement projects.
• Coordinate technical reviews and safety analyses, including PHAs, MOCs, and PSSRs.
• Implement process changes to improve safety, quality, sustainability, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze process and operational data and support reliability-focused investment proposals.
• Draft, review, and improve procedures and technical documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of relevant production or process engineering experience; exceptional early-career candidates may also apply.
• Fluent English required; Dutch proficiency is an advantage or willingness to learn.
• Strong communication, analytical, proactive, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work with Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, and Technology teams in a multidisciplinary production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with polymerization processes, fluorochemicals, or reliability engineering.
• Experience with process safety management, statistical process control, or data analysis.
