What you will do
- Ensure material availability by analyzing demand, inventory levels, and planning parameters against production schedules and customer priorities.
- Identify material shortages, supply risks, and constraints, then develop recovery and mitigation plans.
- Maintain lead times, safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, and planning policies while optimizing inventory and reducing excess or obsolete stock.
- Support new product introductions, engineering changes, and product transitions.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and data analyses to support planning decisions.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams and drive continuous improvement in material flow.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- 3–5 years of supply chain planning experience.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking.
Nice to have
- Power BI experience.
- APICS certification, Lean, Six Sigma, Kanban, or related continuous improvement experience.
