Spare Parts Administrator

Location: Guadalajara, Mexico

What you will do

• Execute the quote-to-cash process for spare parts sales, including preparing offers and managing customer orders.
• Handle customer requests, pricing and availability inquiries, order confirmations, and web-service orders.
• Follow up on offers and orders to maximize sales and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
• Coordinate logistics according to country-specific requirements and customer needs.
• Process returns, claims, non-conformity issues, and customer information in the ERP.
• Coordinate payment terms with the finance department and participate in customer reviews and commercial actions.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of trade, supply, industrial retail, spare parts, or logistics.
• Experience with order management processes.
• Expertise in Excel and ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple customer requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Certificate in logistics.
