Creative Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing) (AI/performance marketing): Building a scalable creative engine for static ads, photorealistic AI visuals, and video production assets with an accent on creative direction, production quality, and performance-driven testing. Focus on leading and scaling AI-driven designers, developing prompt and style libraries, and turning campaign data into higher-converting creative iterations.

What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and scale an AI-driven creative design team from 3 to 6 people.
- Own production flow, task distribution, capacity planning, quality control, and deadline management.
- Set creative direction for concepts, hooks, visual angles, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Build the creative testing loop by analyzing winners and failures and applying performance data to new iterations.
- Track and test AI models and platforms, create prompt and style libraries, and stay hands-on with complex creative work.
- Partner with the Generative AI Pipeline Engineer, Creative Producers, Marketers, Media Buyers, Copywriters, and Video Editors on workflows, automation, strategy, and delivery.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading creative or design teams in digital marketing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, quality control, and deadline management skills.
- Strong visual craft across composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to connect AI outputs to traditional design pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with modern AI image platforms such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, Magnific, Runway, or similar, including photorealistic visual creation and artifact correction.
- Understanding of static ad creatives for Google, Meta, and other paid channels, plus fluency in spoken and written English.
Nice to have
- Portfolio of performance marketing creatives and AI-generated photorealistic work with measurable results.
- Experience with high-CPA verticals such as home improvement, insurance, health, legal, or finance.
- Experience creating visuals for North American audiences.
- Understanding of how static visuals feed video production pipelines.
