PPC Team Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Vilnius, Kaunas, Latvia, or Poland; the role also mentions working from home or anywhere in the world

Salary: From €5,800 gross per month, depending on experience and skills.

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the PPC team, setting priorities, ownership, and performance expectations.
• Shape paid acquisition strategy across Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC channels.
• Identify growth opportunities through campaign analysis, market insights, experimentation, and emerging advertising capabilities.
• Translate complex performance data into clear decisions and actions.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Country Marketing, Analytics, and other marketing teams to align acquisition priorities with business goals.
• Implement AI and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and n8n to improve workflows and decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing.
• At least 2 years of experience leading people or a performance marketing function.
• Deep hands-on knowledge of PPC, especially Google Ads, plus YouTube Ads and Microsoft Ads.
• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to turn performance data into business decisions.
• Experience leading and developing people, setting high standards, and creating accountability.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
