Operations Supervisor (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee operations workflows and the execution of transactions and processes.
• Manage direct reports, support escalated issues, and provide guidance to internal partners, customers, and third parties.
• Review and reconcile transactions and reports while monitoring quality, completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coach and develop team members, lead team meetings, and facilitate continuous improvement sessions.
• Review processes, recommend improvements, update standard operating procedures, and participate in or oversee projects.
• Manage risk mitigation activities and support achievement of business results.

Requirements

• Typically 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of operational functions, process management, standard operating procedures, and compliance.
• Decision-making, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and internal resource coordination skills.
• Ability to manage risk, resolve escalations, and deliver customer-focused solutions.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
• Must be available Sunday through Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM.
