Operations Manager - Valet and Garage Parking

Location: New York, New York and surrounding boroughs; onsite at various locations throughout the week

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple valet and garage parking operations across assigned locations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and develop parking operations teams.
• Analyze location profit and loss, budgets, pricing, resource allocation, and cost controls.
• Drive revenue generation through customer acquisition, pricing strategies, direct marketing, and business development.
• Coordinate parking logistics for events and high-traffic periods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in the parking management industry.
• Experience with location profit and loss analysis, revenue generation, and direct marketing.
• Strong customer service, client relationship management, strategic thinking, and business development skills.
• Leadership and team-building experience.
• Ability to work onsite at various locations throughout New York and the surrounding boroughs.

Nice to have

• Event management experience.
