What you will do

• Lead end-to-end executive and senior-level hiring across robotics, manufacturing, and operations.
• Manage complex, hard-to-fill searches through market mapping, proactive headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies.
• Develop research-led sourcing strategies using executive search methods, industry networks, competitor mapping, and AI tools.
• Lead offer strategy, stakeholder alignment, candidate negotiations, and closing.
• Provide talent-market intelligence, including compensation benchmarks and competitor insights.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior or Lead Recruiter or Executive Search Consultant.
• Strong executive search and headhunting experience, including closing senior and leadership roles.
• Track record of delivering complex, business-critical searches in competitive talent markets.
• Deep understanding of robotics and manufacturing ecosystems, including engineering and operations leadership.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, market mapping, passive candidate engagement, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and senior-partnering skills.
