Digital Consulting Associate-Oracle Student Financial Aid (Technical)

Location: Remote, with flexible living locations in the United States; travel up to 50% may be required for client and internal project teams. Office location: Chicago, 550 Van Buren.

Base salary: $105,000–$130,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $117,600–$153,400.

What you will do

• Deliver project workstreams for Oracle Student Financial Aid implementations.
• Support cloud implementations, integrations, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• Analyze requirements, write functional specifications, conduct tests, and troubleshoot issues.
• Manage work plans, analytics, reporting, and client presentations.
• Collaborate with client staff and leadership, business users, and internal project teams.
• Manage and mentor junior consulting staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience as a technical developer, including cloud implementations, integrations, and end-to-end implementation experience.
• Experience with Oracle Student Financial Aid.
• 2–4 years of experience analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, testing, troubleshooting, and working with business users.
• Strong analytical, written, oral communication, planning, organizational, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Must be able to live in the United States and travel up to 50% as needed.

• Experience with Groovy scripting.
• Willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies.
