Product Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with regular presence expected at the Paris office

Contract rate: €600–€650 per day

What you will do

• Build a reliable AI evaluation system with quality standards, representative datasets, automated evaluations, and regression testing.
• Design scalable processes for product teams to propose, test, and release AI capabilities.
• Improve AI product knowledge, assistant context, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Define new AI interactions and interfaces for customers and external tools.
• Review customer AI usage, identify recurring needs, and turn findings into product improvements and evaluation cases.
• Lead discovery, specifications, testing, AI prioritization, governance, compliance, and support for customer-facing teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B software-as-a-service environments.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products, ideally LLM-based assistants or agents.
• Experience evaluating AI features using datasets, thresholds, and regression testing.
• Strong knowledge of user research, problem framing, requirements elicitation, and collaboration with engineering teams.
• Experience supporting several product squads from a platform or shared team.
• Working knowledge of AI governance and data-use questions, ideally including the EU AI Act; proficient English required.
