Senior Insights Analyst (FMCG)

Location: Oxford, UK; hybrid role with typically one day per week in the Oxford office

Salary: £36,400–£45,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Understand client business priorities and support activities such as brand planning and range reviews.
• Set up client onboarding for analytics and insights services and deliver training on Guided Analytics and hirify.global tools.
• Identify client opportunities and communicate them to Account Development.
• Develop category expertise and analyze market trends across health and beauty, beverages, and grocery.
• Create and present rigorous, actionable recommendations using multiple data sources.
• Manage workload, project plans, work logs, stakeholder communication, and client commitments.

Requirements

• Experience working in an analytical environment and confidence analyzing data.
• Understanding of the FMCG industry and relevant market trends.
• Strong numerical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Capability with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
