Project Manager II (eCOA)

Location: United States Remote. Remote and hybrid work options are available, with up to 20% international travel and a valid passport required.

What you will do

• Lead planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities for eCOA clinical research projects.
• Gather customer requirements and coordinate cross-functional teams to support study execution.
• Maintain study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and archival activities.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, escalate issues, and resolve customer concerns.
• Support operational readiness, client-facing presentations, business development, revenue initiatives, and training for new project management team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and project management experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, healthcare, or a related industry.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or related healthcare programs.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and financial tracking.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, time management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, proficiency with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools, and a valid passport for international travel.
