Project Manager (ERP)

What you will do

• Implement Deacom ERP software according to the standard methodology.
• Manage several strategic and complex implementation projects across multiple phases and initiatives.
• Create project plans covering goals, milestones, governance, schedules, scope, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinate requirements, system design, configuration, testing, training, data conversion, activation, and transition to support.
• Own project risk management, change control, issue resolution, deliverable tracking, and status reporting.
• Act as the primary customer contact and coordinate Sales, Implementation, Support, Product, and other departments.

Requirements

• ERP project management experience with 2+ years of hands-on, full-lifecycle ERP implementation experience as a Project Manager.
• Understanding of ERP application concepts and business practices in manufacturing, operations, distribution, and finance.
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, team management, and process improvement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, and project or work management platforms such as Asana.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, presentation, customer service, and time management skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, accounting, or an IT-related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deacom or another manufacturing ERP system.
• PMP certification.
• APICS or CPIM certification.
• Experience managing partner relationships.
