What you will do
- Lead hands-on demos of Kimchi Coding, Kimchi Studio, and Teleport.
- Set up Kimchi Studio workspaces in customer environments, including worktrees, Slack, repositories, documentation, and agent skills.
- Design and implement governance policies for spending limits, project cost attribution, model routing, and access controls.
- Help customers integrate Kimchi's serverless inference API and optimize model selection and routing for coding, reasoning, and planning workloads.
- Translate customer feedback about agent failures, Studio UX, and governance requirements into product input.
Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience deploying, fine-tuning, evaluating, or debugging LLMs and their failure modes.
- Experience building or optimizing inference systems, with a practical understanding of latency, throughput, and total cost of ownership.
- Ability to explain complex inference concepts to non-ML engineers and connect them to business outcomes.
- Commercial and entrepreneurial thinking, including identifying customer expansion opportunities and designing strategies to capture them.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment with frequent change.
