Staff Product Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for the AI Track, from problem definition through delivery.
• Design provider-facing clinical tools including Chart Review, AI Scribe, and AI Receptionist.
• Shape interaction patterns for agentic AI features in regulated healthcare workflows.
• Design experiences for clinicians reviewing, accepting, and correcting AI-generated notes, treatment plans, and recommendations.
• Contribute to the patient portal and internal operational systems.
• Work closely with product managers and engineers, reporting to the Director of Product.

Requirements

• Staff-level product design experience with ownership of the full design process.
• Experience designing web-based products and gathering requirements independently.
• Ability to bring design solutions through to release in collaboration with engineering.
• Experience working with AI-powered products or complex model outputs.
• Ability to work in a regulated healthcare environment and account for clinical quality and patient outcomes.
• Must be based in Poland.
