Product Designer (iGaming)

What you will do

• Design complete user journeys, wireframes, polished interfaces, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile products.
• Create lobby, game catalog, profile, onboarding, cashier, payment, bonus, and promotional experiences focused on usability and conversion.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and analysis of product analytics, feedback, and A/B test findings.
• Develop and maintain design systems, including components, tokens, and guidelines.
• Create promotional graphics, campaign templates, partner assets, and channel-specific materials for social media, Telegram, email, and push campaigns.
• Design micro-interactions, transitions, loaders, animated prototypes, and motion assets while considering platform performance and file size.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product, UX, or UI Designer with a portfolio of real-world work.
• Strong command of Figma, including auto layout, components, variables, and prototyping.
• Solid graphic design skills in typography, composition, color, and branding.
• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, plus experience with interaction design and animated prototyping.
• Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles, with the ability to explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
• English sufficient for reading documentation and written communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming, gambling, betting, gamification, or products with bonus and reward mechanics.
• Advanced motion production skills with After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar tools.
• Experience producing video banners, stories, short videos, and complex bonus animations.
• Knowledge of platform advertising restrictions for gambling and basic HTML/CSS and frontend concepts.
