What you will do

• Define the product vision for a core area of the hirify.global ecosystem with Product and Engineering teams.
• Apply Design Thinking, user research, and stakeholder research to identify needs and guide interface decisions.
• Explore and refine design concepts for complex, data-driven workflows.
• Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and detailed implementation specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout Agile development cycles to support implementation and validate solutions.
• Contribute to the Aero design system, visualization patterns, and AI-assisted design workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or similar.
• Portfolio demonstrating solutions to complex UX challenges in large-scale product ecosystems.
• Ability to translate user insights into actionable interface design decisions.
• Experience with UX implementation challenges across desktop applications and web environments.
• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, design systems, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping, and user research.

Nice to have

• Experience with complex B2B SaaS or cloud platforms and multi-step data interactions.
• Background in document, data, or content management systems.
• Experience in Agile, cross-functional product teams.
• Experience with AI-powered design tools and understanding of AI’s effects on user trust, transparency, and workflow efficiency.
