Customer Value Agreement (CVA) / Condition Monitoring (CM) Operations Consultant

Location: Nishi-ku, Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa, Japan; onsite five days a week

What you will do

• Guide field representatives in assessing dealer CVA and condition-monitoring operations and resolving execution gaps.
• Lead dealer CVA capacity and capability analyses to improve uptime, productivity, and lifecycle value.
• Lead the deployment of condition-monitoring-enabled solutions and build dealer capability through assessments, training, and certification.
• Develop corrective action plans with internal business units, industry teams, and districts, and support execution across Asia Pacific.
• Own APD Product Support Operations reporting covering CVA, condition monitoring, technician capability, and service response.
• Represent APD in cross-functional collaboration and performance reviews with business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in dealer-facing or customer-facing roles involving operations, equipment management, products, and commercial activities.
• Experience leading dealer assessments and gap-closure projects.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills for influencing dealers and internal hirify.global teams.
• Established dealer relationships and strong commercial and operational business acumen.
• Submit a bilingual CV in English and Japanese.
